HOW DOES IT WORK?

Dr. Campbell will use Hyaluronic Acid (HA) filler to sculpt a beautiful, more youthful facial appearance while maintaining the natural face shape. When the filler is combined with the natural growth factors found in PRP, it increases cell turnover and stimulates collagen production and elastin for firmer and younger looking skin. This procedure can be used to treat wrinkles as well as acne scars.

THE VAMPIRE FACELIFT® PROCESS

There is a careful process involved when using PRP for the reduction of wrinkles and restoration of younger looking skin. The first part of the procedure involves sculpting a more youthful appearing face with proper placement of the hyaluronic acid filler. Careful attention is made to maintain a natural shape to the face. Next, the blood will be drawn from the patient’s arm and placed in a centrifuge to separate the red blood cells from the platelets in the plasma. Then, the platelets will be activated to release the many natural growth factors within it. Finally, a numbing agent will be administered topically to ensure that the procedure is comfortable and the platelet rich plasma will be injected into the face in a particular way.

Results from this procedure are noticed within 2-3 weeks and will last up to 1 year and possible longer. The Vampire Facelift® has been used to contour sagging skin, improve skin texture and reduce the appearance of acne scars.
